Why did you decide to pursue an MBA and what drew you to the SFU Beedie School of Business?

I decided to pursue an MBA to build on my public health background and gain the business acumen necessary to lead effectively in healthcare and beyond. The MBA will equip me with strategic, financial, and leadership skills that are essential for navigating complex challenges in today鈥檚 dynamic environment.

I was drawn to SFU Beedie School of Business because of its strong focus on innovation, community engagement, and sustainability, which align with my values and career goals. Additionally, Beedie鈥檚 collaborative environment and connections within Canada鈥檚 business community makes it the perfect place to grow as a leader.

What has been your moment or experience at Beedie so far? What are you looking forward to?

My experience at Beedie has been both rewarding and transformative, offering the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of professionals and students who bring valuable insights and skills. The collaborative environment has sharpened my critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, which are crucial for excelling in future careers.
