Strengthen your core, improve posture, and build full-body control with our Pilates classes! Each week, our low-impact, and dynamic pilates classes offer fresh opportunities to challenge yourself and learn something new! With props like bands, small balls, and light weights, every class offers a variety of engaging ways to move and strengthen your body!

Pilates - Pass

The Pilates Pass provides access to all Pilates classes listed in the schedule below!

Move Unlimited - Pass

Personalize your weekly routine with the newly updated Move Unlimited Pass â€” your all-access membership to Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, and Dance classes! Created with inclusivity and flexibility in mind, this pass is here to support you whether you're building strength, finding calm, or simply showing up for yourself. Move Unlimited gives you the freedom to explore, connect, and stay active at your pace!
