Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact, dynamic total-body workout with a focus on building core strength as well as improving postural alignment and flexibility. In these classes, we will start from the foundations of Pilates building up to intermediate and advanced level exercises. Each week will be an opportunity to challenge yourself and learn something new! Props such as small balls, weights and resistance bands will be used to help you experience the exercises in a different and fun way and help you increase your focus and control.

SUMMER SWEAT - PASS

The Summer Sweat Pass is flexible and gives you unlimited access to all posted Pilates, as well as Barre Sculpt, and HIIT-Strength Fusion sessions.

Once you purchase a Summer Sweat Pass, there's no need to register for individual sessions鈥攋ust show up and get moving!
