Locker Renewals
Locker Renewal Period:
Locker holders may renew their current gym or book locker online 1 week before the expiry date.
Renew your locker online:
- Go to the SFU Rec Web Portal at and log into your account
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select Profile
- Select Lockers from the options on the left-hand side
- Select the duration you would like to renew for.
- Select the upcoming term (do not select current term)
- Click Add to Cart
- Click Checkout
- Follow prompts to complete payment
If you cannot renew your Burnaby or Surrey book locker online, you can renew as follows:

SFU GYM & BOOK LOCKERS SALES:
Renting an SFU gym or book locker for the first time? New locker rentals begin the first day of each term.
The general change-rooms within the Lorne Davies Complex are closed for renovation and temporary changing / shower facilities are available during the LDC Renewal Project. Due to the closure of the main change-rooms, lockers have been relocated throughout the LDC.

Locker content retrieval
- Lockers that are not renewed for the next term must have their contents cleared by August 23, 2024. Contents that have not been removed by this date will be carefully collected, bagged and stored at the Lorne Davies Complex at the Burnaby Campus.
- To retrieve your contents, visit the Recreation Office Office 126 in the Lorne Davies Complex (LDC) during .
- Contents will be kept in storage for 6 weeks from the start of the term. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after that date.
Removed Items: If your contents have been removed from your locker, please e-mail rec@sfu.ca for retrieval information. Note: A $20 content retrieval fee, may apply.
