Biography
Carley has been a highly engaged graduate student during her tenure at REM. She has been working extensively with the City of Port Moody on their climate change planning, designing a framework to evaluate city plans and regulations to better understand and support low carbon resilience planning. She has actively participated in student governance and worked with the Action on Climate Team (ACT) at SFU in their research and knowledge mobilization activities.
