Registration for the 2025 APRU Sustainable Cities and Landscapes Conference is now open, with deadlines indicated below.

*For International 'GENERAL' Registrants: If you require an 'Invite Letter' for international travel, please reach out to scl_2025@sfu.ca to request a signed letter of invitation.
**For Students: To encourage students' active participation and involvement in this Conference (as well as through general SCL Hub activities), registration fee will be waived to increase accessibility. However, due to limited resources, student spots are available on a competitive basis. Submission of this form does not guarantee participation, and selected students will be notified by email separately.
Registration Fees (UPDATED)

*In order to be eligible for the student fee, registrants will be required to upload either a copy of 1) Proof of Enrollment, or 2) Letter of Support signed by a supervisor at their home institution.
**Student participants will be responsible for covering all other costs related to the conference and/or travel (including accomodation, flights, insurance, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds will be provided if cancelled prior to 11:59 pm (PST), on May 5, 2025.
- No refunds will be offered after the deadline.
