The basic version of Power BI is available to all faculty, staff, and students for individual use at SFU.
Microsoft Power BI Pro
Microsoft Power BI Pro is available to faculty and staff upon request who need more advanced features to help with business intelligence reporting and data visualization at the university.
What is the difference between Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power BI Pro?
The basic version of Power BI is available for personal (individual) data visualization, reports...etc. Microsoft Power BI Pro is focused on teams who need to collaborate on data reporting and visualization, and may need access to more advances features such as semantic models. See below for the differences between Power BI and Power BI Pro.
