Using Carousel
SFU uses the Carousel platform to help you create campus signage that cuts through the noise on campus to effectively communicate what you want to say. This section includes getting started, how to create and submit a bulletin for consideration, and content guidelines to follow.
Submit a Bulletin for Approval
Now that you've scheduled your bulletin, you're ready to copy it over to all the screens you鈥檇 like to publish to.
1. Navigate to the 鈥淯napproved鈥 tab
2. Click on the 鈥淐opy鈥 icon (looks like two overlapping documents) under your bulletin
3. With 鈥淐opy鈥 now highlighted, from the right-hand column select all the screens (called 鈥淶ones鈥) you'd like to publish to. You only need to copy your bulletin to multiple specific area screens if you are only targeting a few screens on campus.
- For all three campuses, select the "All campuses" option
- For all Burnaby screens select "All Burnaby screens"
4. Your bulletin will be approved within two business days
5. If you'd like to double-check that you've correctly copied your bulletin over to other screens, select the screens (or 鈥淶ones鈥) from the upper drop-down menu, and look under the 鈥淯napproved鈥 tab in each
