About
Happier Hour is a supportive group created for students who are sober, sober-curious, trying to reduce substance use, or navigating a friend's or family member鈥檚 substance use. This therapeutic space prioritizes safety and encourages open conversation about the complexities of substance use, addiction, and sobriety in a non-judgmental environment.
Harm reduction is the main approach for this group and will serve as a core value in weekly sessions. During sessions, members will explore themes such as understanding addiction, identifying triggers, navigating peer influence, and building resilience. The group blends education with open discussion to empower members and foster self-compassion.
Whether seeking personal growth, clarity, or a sense of community, Happier Hour offers a chance to connect with other students and navigate personal, substance-related conflicts together.
