Jo founded Be Leaderly after meeting too many women with leadership potential that outshone their current positions. In her day job, Jo is CEO of Women鈥檚 Leadership Coaching, Inc., and creator of the Women鈥檚 Leadership Coaching庐 system, a roadmap for women who want to break into leadership. She created the Women鈥檚 Leadership Coaching庐 system after interviewing more than 1,000 women and recognizing a common set of challenges encountered by women wanting to advance their careers 鈥� especially in industries long considered 鈥渁 man鈥檚 world,鈥� such as technology, finance, and energy. She now delivers more than 60 speaking presentations annually to audiences of up to 1,200 women and has traveled widely in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East to deliver keynotes and teach workshops for women鈥檚 conferences, women鈥檚 professional associations, and Fortune 1000 corporate women鈥檚 initiatives.
