Admission Decisions

After admission decisions are made, applicants receive an email containing a link to their goGRAD portal. To access the decision letter, applicants log in to their goGRAD portal and:

  1. Click the blue hyperlink next to the Program Name
  2. Click 'Open Application' and 'View Update(s)'

For admission offers, there is a reply deadline posted in goGRAD. Applicants must accept online in their goGRAD portal using the Admission Offer Reply form and pay the enrollment deposit, following the steps in the form.

The program reserves the right to reconsider the admission offer if:

  • the applicant cannot start the program in the term stated in the letter
  • the admission offer reply deadline passes

If you are an international student and didn’t receive your work study permit information, contact gradap@sfu.ca.

Admission/Enrollment Deposit

To officially accept your offer of admission, you will need to accept online and pay the non-refundable deposit. The deposit will hold your place in the program and will be applied to your tuition for your first term.

If you accept admission using goGRAD, the Admission Offer Reply form will prompt you to pay the enrollment deposit. Alternately, there will be an option to pay the enrollment deposit in your Status Portal.

Are you unable to pay your admission deposit online?
