We are thrilled to share that two of our faculty members were recognized for their exceptional contributions to geography at the .
Dr. Tara Holland
Recipient of the Award for Excellence in Teaching in Geography
Dr. Tara Holland has officially received the CAG鈥檚 Award for Excellence in Teaching in Geography. This award recognizes her innovative, student-centered approach to teaching and her unwavering dedication to making geography accessible, engaging, and inspiring.
Dr. Suzana Dragicevic
Recipient of the Inaugural Eric Crighton Mentorship Award
Suzana was honoured with the CAG鈥檚 first-ever Eric Crighton Mentorship Award, recognizing her exemplary and sustained commitment to mentoring within geography. It serves to recognize the important contributions of individuals to guiding, encouraging, supporting and sparking passion in geography for students and early career scholars.
In addition to these great achievements, Gabrielle Wong has received the Undergraduate Canadian Association of Geographers (CAG) Award!
A well-deserved recognition for these outstanding geographers.
