STT- Family and Youth in Scotland HIST 347 (4)
Using an interdisciplinary and multimedia (art, film, music, and literature) approach, the course examines the social history of the family and youth in Scotland during the rise and fall of the British welfare state, from 1845 to the present. Prerequisite: 45 units including nine units of lower division history.
