Instructions for participating our workshop

  1. Register on Eventbrite to get the Zoom link (password-protected).

  2. Log on with your real first and last names.

  3. Please keep audio off during talks, and only turn on during Q&A if you are called on.

  4. Click on 鈥渃hat鈥 to monitor chatroom during sessions.

  5. Q&A protocol: There will be a managed queue. Participants will be asked to privately message the moderator to be added to the queue.

Breakout room protocol: Because only Zoom hosts can create breakout rooms during a meeting, participants should notify the hosts by private message if they would like to suggest a breakout room for themselves and interested parties on breaks. Those in a breakout room can then return to the main workshop meeting at any time.
