The NanoDrop 3300 is a microvolume, broad spectrum fluorospectrophotometer with pedestal. Its small sample requirement and ease of use makes the instrument well suited for a diverse range of fluorescence measurements from RiboGreen, PicoGreen, and GFP to advanced nanoparticle and FRET analyses.

Specifications include:

• 400 - 750 nm wavelength measurement range.
• 1 - 2 ul sample volume.
• Has 3 LEDS. Excitation maxima are: UV: 365 nm; Blue: 470 nm; White: 460 – 650 nm.
• UV LED_max = 365 nm; equipped with cut filter that eliminates excitation above 400 nm | Example Applications: GFP wt, Hoechst 33258, 4-MU, Q Dots various, Fluoraldehyde OPA, Fluorescamine, FRET.
