Curtis Chang is a senior project manager with Gannett Fleming in Vancouver and an educator with over 15 years of hands-on project management and engineering experience. He currently leads fleet and transit system projects focused on vehicle procurement, delivery integration, and infrastructure planning across Canada. Curtis holds an MBA from UBC鈥檚 Sauder School of Business and certifications as a Professional Engineer (PEng) and PMP.
A lifelong transportation enthusiast, he has a special passion for high-speed trains and modern rail systems. In teaching, Curtis connects theory with real-world practice to make learning practical and engaging.
