As a healthcare professional, you have the individual and collective power to create real and lasting change. In this course, you'll develop strategies that will allow you to lead culture change in your organization, drive and sustain inclusive practices, and design policies and patient-centred practices aimed at addressing and reducing healthcare inequities.
