SFU Board of Governors introduces new practices to increase transparency
尤物视频鈥檚 executive team and governing bodies are committed to enhancing transparency and engagement in decision-making at all levels of the university. To increase transparency and respond to feedback from the SFU community, the SFU Board of Governors Office is making several changes to its current process for sharing information related to Board of Governors Open Session meetings.
Current Practices
It is the Board Office鈥檚 current practice to share the agenda for Board Open Session in advance of the meeting, and post the approved meeting minutes from the previous meeting and leadership reports after the meeting. These current practices will continue.
New Practices to Increase Transparency
In addition to the Open Board agenda, meeting minutes and leadership reports, Board Reports and additional supporting materials will be made publicly available on the Board of Governors website in advance of the meeting, effective for the May Board meeting:
In the case of oral agenda items, these items will not be shared on the website as there is no written material to distribute.
The materials from the March 27, 2025 Board of Governors Open Session are now live and can be accessed on the Meeting Agendas, Minutes and Reports section of the Board website.
